Warranty Coverage

At AURO CUSTOM WATCHES, we are committed to offering products that meet consistent standards of quality and reliability.

Certain watches sold on our website include a limited 1-year warranty. This warranty applies only to products where warranty coverage is clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

If a product does not mention a warranty, then no warranty coverage applies to that item.


What the Warranty Covers

The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that occur under normal use during the warranty period.

This may include:

  • Issues related to the watch movement
  • Defects in materials or workmanship

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, dents, or fading)
  • Water damage beyond the stated resistance level
  • Battery replacement or routine maintenance
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

Warranty Period

For eligible products, the warranty period is:

1 year from the date of delivery


How to Claim Warranty

To request a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us by email

  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Photos or videos showing the problem
  3. Wait for confirmation and instructions from our support team.
  4. Once your claim is approved, you will be asked to send the item to the following address: 5202 Auburn St APT 521, Lubbock, TX 79416, USA

  5. After we receive and inspect the product, we will proceed with repair.

Repair and return processing typically takes up to 10 business days, depending on the nature of the issue.

  • Do not send any items without contacting us first and receiving approval.
  • Customers are responsible for sending the product to our address unless otherwise stated.
  • Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.
  • If the issue is not covered under warranty, we will inform you before proceeding.
